Being Introvert  Humans are social animal, they always constantly need someone with whom they can talk, spend time and interact. but in the case of introvert people that things get difficult specially with socialization.                                          STRATEGIES TO OVERCOME STRESS  Stress is a part of life now and then. you just cant ignore it or leave it, we need a more efficient way to function and to be productive. following are the certain strategies which I think can be beneficial to the modern world people. 1) Stay assertive as possible: it is not easy for the person to be assertive all the time and in all the situations so just try to shift focus on the things that help u to find the answer. Emotional and behavioral problems among adolescents

Adolescence is the transitional stage of development between childhood and adulthood, representing the period of time during which a person experiences a variety of biological and emotional changes. Hall denoted this period as “Storm and Stress” and states “conflict at this developmental stage is normal”. During this period, adolescents suffer from various forms of problems/dysfunctions and conflicts, which ultimately impair normal psychosocial development aggravating psychosocial dysfunction and that is why adolescent population is considered to be risk population for psychosocial problems .  Globally, 1 out of 10 (20%) adolescents encounter at least one behavioral problem.
